Policies - Know before you go: Credit Card/Check In Policy At the Chase Suite Hotel we do require a major credit card for all guests checking in. Please click here to see our full credit card policy. We additionally require that the registering guest is over the age of 19. Pets Welcome! Chase Suite Hotel understands that when the family is on the move you don’t want to leave family members behind. This is why our pet policy allows you to include all your loved ones. Our apartment-style accommodations and gracious grounds give your pets easy access to the outdoors and lots of room to explore. When you bring a pet there will be an additional fee of $10 per day, per pet but not exceed to $150. An additional $150 refundable deposit will be charged at check-in for damages and cleaning fees, which will be refunded at check-out, once the room has been inspected. Children's Policy Children 16 & under do stay free when staying in a room with accompanying adults as long as the total occupancy of the room does not excede the maximum.
