Health and Safety Are Our Priorities
Staff - Health Protocols:All staff must check their temperature before each shift. They are also required to wear protective masks throughout the property while they are performing their duties. Housekeepers are required to wear protective items such as gloves and face masks.
Social Distancing:All guests are advised to keep the guideline of 6 feet apart. We have marked our floors as a reminder to keep a safe distance. The complimentary breakfast is now based on grab and go. (All common places have limited access )
Deep Cleaning & Disinfecting:Over the last 3 weeks, we completed a thorough deep cleaning of all our suites. In addition, we continue to take the following measures.
- We Clean, then disinfect using detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, spray with a disinfectant.
- Our housekeepers & hotel staff pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles.
- We wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. That includes bedsheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets. We clean and disinfect laundry baskets and hampers & empty the vacuum cleaner after every cleaning We dispose of or wash all cleaning supplies.
- We safely remove any cleaning gear and wash hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water.
