A Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. A Pet Fee of $75 is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited (not all rooms are pet-friendly), so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation.  Dogs must be registered at the front desk during check-in and owners must sign the dog agreement. Chase Suite Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any dog, if deemed appropriate, Chase Hotel may also ask that a disruptive or aggressive dog be removed from the property. Chase Hotel not liable for any dog injuries sustained on the property.
 
A "refundable deposit" of $100 for 1 dog ($150 for 2 dogs) is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning. Guests must provide a major credit card at check-in to secure their room charges and incidentals.

All stays require a security deposit. Credit card will be authorized at check-in for the deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon checkout and room inspection.

A Chase Suite Hotel Tampa is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of its guests, visitors and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of hotel occupied by our guests and employees. (Smoking is defined as the "act of lighting, smoking or carrying a lighted or smoldering cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind." Vaping refers to the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems or electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes, e-pipes, e-hookahs and e-cigars).
