Tampa/Rocky Point Hotel Guest Reviews

Great location, also next to Bahamas Breeze Restaurant. Loft setup is very nice and pool and deck overlooking the small inlet also very nice. Kitchen advertised as "FULL KITCHEN"...had plates and cups but no pots/pans/cooking utensils. I would not advertise it as FULL kitchen without having those in place. Rates are reasonable but place needs a facelift in terms of the furniture, pretty old and banged up. Took pets with deposit which was good. Electronic door lock quite working one night so we got locked out so maintenance had to come work on it.

The room was really nice and spacious. Which worked out great for our big group of friends. Although the only bathroom that got hot water was down stairs. And the a/c didn't work to great. Other then that the chase suits was nice and I would stay there again .

The staff was very very nice. The room needed some general upkeep. We had a line of ants in our room and since they were unable to change us they sent maintenance to spray, which worked. The room was in need of general upkeep. It appeared very old and had areas that appeared seldom cleaned. It did have all the things we needed however- a full kitchen, bowls, silverware, towels, etc. We did only had one washcloth and one half roll of toilet paper but the staff quickly provided additions when asked.
