Excellent Experiance

My family and I want to thank the staff at Chase. We were in the process of trying to find a place to live and it took longer than we thought to get approved. The entire staff from the cleaning staff to the front desk were accommodating. Also, the breakfast and the meal in the evening was a plus. It was a great place to come after work. I felt at home with family and the view of the water and landscape is AWESOME. Thank you

Great Experience

My stay here was very good, I have never been in an environment so friendly and well cleaned. If I ever go back to tampa, I am staying here. I also would like to thank the cleaners that cleaned our room they even washed our dishes. I wish I couldve seen who to tip them.
