We stayed here after ...

We stayed here after arriving late evening at the airport. They have a free shuttle from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, otherwise you're paying a lot of money for an Uber just to go a few miles. The breakfast was perfectly fine for a freebie, lots of the usual options. If you like to run it is close to the Causeway so you can get as many miles in as you want, but there is very little shade.
