Tampa/Rocky Point Hotel Guest Reviews

Recently stayed here for the first time in a longtime while someone was in the hospital. The positives were friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable bed, clean and plenty of water pressure and hot water which is always good! Unfortunately the positives stop here. This is an old cow that has been milked to death and needs to be fed! Parking and parking lot atrocious, paint and building exterior worn out and tired and don't even get me started on the interior, furniture is incredibly old as are the appliances and cabinets. I get that this is possibly a land play for ownership but for goodness sake either maintain the property in a current modern fashion or put everyone out of there misery and sell it for redevelopment.

They had sprayed recently. The smell was more than I was expecting. But I booked for another visit.

The front desk agent Jake is the best. He is very accommodating and works so hard. He handles the front desk by himself with ease. The rooms are very decent for the price and definitely spacious! I recommend for the location and nice views of the bay!
